Ti-silc - not oily and tinted

Since I've been using the Ti-Silc, I am able to use less makeup because of the tinted light brown color it comes in. Protects the sun like no other. I have Melasma (dark spots on my face) and they usually worsen with the sun exposure, but since I used the Ti-Silc, the color has not changed at all. Great Product
